Thank you for choosing PickSVG. Our digital designs are created for crafters, makers, DIY enthusiasts, and small businesses who want to create beautiful physical products using cutting machines, printers, and other creative tools.

When you purchase or download a design from PickSVG, you receive a license to use the downloaded files according to the terms below. The purchase of a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork.

What You Receive

Depending on the product, your download may include one or more of the following file formats:

SVG
PNG
DXF
EPS
PDF

These files are provided as digital artwork for use with compatible cutting, printing, and design software.

Your download is a digital product. No physical product is shipped.

Using Your PickSVG Files

PickSVG files are intended to help you create finished physical projects such as:

  • T-shirts and apparel
  • Tumblers and mugs
  • Tote bags and accessories
  • Signs and home décor
  • Stickers and decals
  • Gifts and personalized items
  • Craft projects
  • Other physical products created from the purchased design

You may resize, recolor, arrange, or otherwise adapt the design as reasonably necessary to create your finished physical project.

Finished Physical Products

You may use eligible PickSVG designs as part of your creative projects and finished physical products.

For example, a purchased design may be incorporated into a shirt, mug, tumbler, tote bag, sign, sticker, or other physical item.

The important distinction is that the finished physical product is different from the original digital artwork.

You may not use your purchase to redistribute, transfer, or commercially exploit the underlying digital file itself.

Permitted

Using an eligible SVG to create a physical T-shirt and selling the finished T-shirt.

Not permitted

Uploading the SVG itself to an Etsy listing or selling it as a digital download.

What You May Not Do

To protect the artwork and the PickSVG marketplace, you may not:

  1. Resell the SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, PDF, or other digital file itself.
  2. Share or distribute the downloaded files with friends, customers, employees, groups, communities, or other third parties.
  3. Upload the downloaded files to another marketplace, website, file-sharing service, cloud library, or digital-download platform.
  4. Give the original digital files to your customers as part of an order, subscription, bundle, template, course, or other service.
  5. Sell the digital file as a standalone product, whether unchanged or with only minor modifications.
  6. Claim the original artwork as your own creation or represent PickSVG artwork as artwork that you independently created.
  7. Create another digital cutting-file product from a PickSVG design and sell or distribute that derivative digital file.
  8. Use PickSVG files to create a competing digital design collection, bundle, library, subscription, or similar digital product.
  9. Use the files in a way that allows another person to extract, download, or obtain the original digital artwork.
  10. Include the original digital files in a free or paid giveaway, bonus, membership, subscription, template, or resource library.

Editing and Customization

You may make reasonable modifications to a design when necessary for your personal project or finished physical product.

For example, you may:

  • Change colors
  • Resize the design
  • Combine the design with other elements
  • Add names or dates
  • Arrange elements for a physical project
  • Adapt the design to fit a particular blank or material

However, modifying a PickSVG design does not give you ownership of the original artwork or permission to sell the modified digital artwork as a new digital file.

A modified version that is substantially based on a PickSVG design remains subject to these restrictions.

Commercial and Small-Business Projects

PickSVG designs may be used as part of eligible creative and finished-product projects.

For example, makers and small businesses may incorporate an eligible design into physical products they create and sell.

However, the permission to use a design in a finished product does not mean that you receive ownership of the underlying artwork or permission to redistribute the digital file.

When selling finished products, you are responsible for ensuring that your particular product, marketing, branding, and use of the design comply with all applicable laws, marketplace rules, and third-party intellectual-property rights.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Some designs available through online marketplaces may reference names, brands, organizations, logos, characters, symbols, or other elements that may be protected by copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or downloading a PickSVG file does not transfer ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

Nothing in these License Terms should be interpreted as granting rights that PickSVG does not own or have authority to grant.

Where a design incorporates or references third-party intellectual property, you are responsible for ensuring that your intended use is legally permitted and complies with applicable rights and marketplace policies.

Unless otherwise stated, the digital artwork and original design files remain the property of their respective copyright owner or rights holder.

Your purchase gives you the applicable usage rights described in these License Terms. It does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership.

You may not register, claim, or represent PickSVG artwork as your own original copyrighted artwork.

Digital File Protection

PickSVG designs are sold as digital files. Because the value of the product is primarily contained in the digital artwork, protecting the original files is essential.

Please keep your downloaded files secure and do not make them publicly accessible.

You are responsible for ensuring that customers, employees, contractors, collaborators, or other third parties cannot obtain the original digital files through your products or services.

Etsy, Online Shops, and Marketplaces

You may use eligible PickSVG designs in physical products that you create and sell through appropriate marketplaces, online shops, craft fairs, and similar sales channels, provided that your use complies with these License Terms and all applicable laws and third-party rights.

You may not upload or distribute the original PickSVG digital files through these platforms.

Bundles and Collections

PickSVG files may not be redistributed as part of another digital bundle, collection, subscription, membership, design library, template pack, or downloadable resource.

You may create your own physical-product collections using eligible designs, but the original digital files must remain protected and must not be provided to customers.

Customer Orders

If you create a physical product for a customer using a PickSVG design, provide the finished physical product rather than the original digital artwork.

For example, you may create a customized shirt for a customer.

You may not provide the customer with the SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, PDF, or other source files used to create that product unless you have separate written authorization to do so.

Digital Products and Templates

PickSVG files may not be incorporated into another digital product where the artwork can be extracted or reused by the purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital templates
  • Editable designs
  • Cutting-file bundles
  • Printable design collections
  • Digital invitations
  • Digital planners
  • Design resources
  • Downloadable graphics
  • Digital mockups containing extractable artwork
  • Online design libraries

The restriction applies whether the resulting digital product is sold or provided for free.

Prohibited Redistribution

You may not distribute PickSVG files through:

File-sharing websitesFacebook groupsForumsDiscord serversTelegram groupsGoogle Drive foldersDropbox foldersPublic cloud storageDesign librariesMembership websitesSubscription servicesEmail distributionFree download websitesOther digital distribution channels

The original files must remain under your control.

License Compliance

By purchasing or downloading a PickSVG design, you agree to use the files in accordance with these License Terms.

If a design is used in a way that violates these terms, PickSVG may restrict access to downloads, suspend an account, remove infringing content where applicable, or take other appropriate action.
